Gluten Free Milk Chocolate Salted Pecan Cookies

Recipe:

4 Sticks Organic Butter

4 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour (Thomas Keller’s Cup 4 Cup is my favorite currently) 

11.5 Ounces Milk Chocolate Chips

11.5 Ounces Salted Pecans

1/2 Cup Organic Shredded Coconut

1/2 Cup Vanilla Vega Protein Powder

1/2 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Collagen Protein Powder

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Our GF Salted Pecan Milk Chocolate Cookies have everything needed to power through a high endurance dance day!  Think of this cookie as a secret weapon when it comes to competition.  There are almost 10 grams of protein in a 3.2 ounce serving (about 2.5 cookies).  A fun fact:  An 8 oz. bag of salted pecans and an 11.5 oz bag of milk chocolate chips have roughly the same amount of protein!  Total Bonus!
