Chocolate Chia Brownies


2 Boxes of TJ Gluten Free Brownie Mix

2 Organic Eggs

1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt


1/2 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Organic Cocoa

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Covered Chia Seeds


  • Heat oven to 325 degrees & lightly grease an 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, water, and yogurt. Gently stir in brownie mix, cocoa, chia seeds, and dark chocolate covered chia seeds just until moistened and spoon batter into pan.
  • Bake for 35-42 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs but no raw batter.
  • Cool before cutting.
